Moore Tech, LLC may decline, pause, or rescope a project if requirements change, requested behavior is unclear, platform limitations prevent the requested outcome, or additional information is needed.

Payments and Refunds
Payment terms are provided at the time of purchase or quote. Because many products and services involve digital delivery, custom development, or time-based consulting, refund eligibility may depend on the specific product, project stage, license status, and work already performed.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, branding, documentation, product materials, and software owned by Moore Tech, LLC remain the property of Moore Tech, LLC. Client-provided materials remain the client’s responsibility and should only be shared when the client has the right to use them.
